Where Will I stay?

To keep participants focused on the project, phones are kept safe with staff except during set times in the day when they are allowed for usage (1 hour in evening + 30 mins at lunch period).

FOOD AND ACCOMODATION

The project participants will be accommodated in a beautiful nature based camp ground 3km away from the old Roman and medieval town of Sommières (access by road or along the old train line – now a public pedestrian and cycle path).

The project has a 7000m2 area designated in a peaceful area shaded by iconic indigenous “Chene vert” oak trees.

Large ecopods are provided each accommodating two participants. Pods are equipped with thick comfy roll mats, linen, mosquito nets, solar light, protection from wind and rain.
Staff will be staying in their own tents in the same area as participants, on hand in case of any emergency.

A separate area is the designated eating/relaxing/teaching space. All meals are taken together as a group.

Lunch and dinner are provided by a licensed caterer, including a starter and mains or mains and desert.

All dietary and health requirements can be accomodated for as long as we know before arrival.

For breakfast, we offer a buffet spread including milk, coffee/tea, cereals, porridge, bread and occasionnal pastries (we are in France afterall!).
